¶ Pregnancy
Pregnancy was Introduced in v0.5.01 to the Unreal Engine 5 version of the game, both NPC pregnancy and player pregnancy are available.
Pregnancy content is disabled by default and must be activated at the Virility and Fertility shrines.
¶ Fertility
To enable the ability for the player to become pregnant, interact with the Fertility shrine in Tal'Senet, this now allows the player to get pregnant after either a Sex Scene or by consuming an elixir (not currently available).
Fertility is a stat which can be increased with Fate on the character screen or by increasing your Carnal Instinct level, if Fertility is 20% then the player has a 20% chance of becoming pregnant after a climax with an eligible partner (currently only Moswen, Iva and Khyras).
¶ Virility
Virility works much the same way and must be enabled via the Virility shrine in Tal'Senet, this now allows the player to get NPCs pregnant after a climax in a Sex Scene.
Virility is a stat which can be increased with Fate on the character screen, or by increasing your Carnal Instinct level.

¶ Pregnancy Buffs/Changes
While pregnant, the player's belly will swell and increase in size, along with the breasts, typically a pregnancy will last 20-30 minutes.
During pregnancy, the player will receive a quest (Sin's Reward) which tracks the course and at 3 intervals will provide randomly either a minus Stamina debuff or a Damage Buff.
¶ NPC Pregnancy
Samia is the only current NPC in the UE5 Preview which can be pregnant & give birth, while pregnant she can still have Intimate Encounters and her dialog lines will change depending on if she is pregnant and how many times the player has made her pregnant.
Alkippe and Iva can also get pregnant, though they show no visual differences and once impregnated they stay pregnant.
¶ Pregnancy Completion
Upon completion of the pregnancy, the Aethio will take the child away from Sabu.
