Moswen is a friendly NPC who can be found on Mehden Island, he is a fisherman who believes he is the sole survivor of Kethra's curse. Upon meeting the player he begins to insist that you aid him in 'repopulating Sabu'.
As of v0.5.201 he's involved in the miniquest Master Baiter.
