Samia is a friendly NPC who can be found at the Garden of Kebechet, which is a small island found West of Tal'Senet. Samia is the first NPC introduced to the game which the player can get pregnant, she has a number of different lines she uses depending on if she's pregnant as well as how many times she's birthed.
