¶ Tales Of The Void
¶ Walkthrough
To begin this quest you first must find Esi while on the quest [Diamond In The Rough].
Depending on whether you are an Anubite, Inquisitor, or unaffiliated, you will have a different interaction at Esi's location which will lead you to seek out a Scribe by the name of Khaba.
Khaba lives in her own little "hovel" just southwest of the Temple of Anubis.
Speak with Khaba, a bit about Esi, a bit about your mission. You will eventually speak to her about the Void, and she will tell you of some ancient ruins where it is rumored one can cross into the Void. It is there you might find the weapon you need to take on the [Guardian] of The Tomb of Q'Tesh.
- Note 1: If you ask Khaba if she will come with you, she gives you the optional side quest to find her servant in exchange for more knowledge. The servant is dead, killed by Bloodseekers. Loot her to find notes, which you may then deliver to Khaba.
- Note 2: There's no real reason to return to Khaba, but you may if you wish. She will simply tell you to keep the [Dusty Journal] you found on her servant's corpse. The journal informs you that you will need an otherworldly ore called "Kethrite" to activate the portal within the ruins.
- Note 3: Also also note: the Dusty Journal informs you to search the Waterlogged Cave in Bull's Shield for the Kethrite. I suggest you go there now and gather what you can. This is also where you can complete the quest Whispers In The Dark if you haven't done so yet. There are 2 Kethrite nodes outside the cave and 20 inside.
Journey to the south and find the ancient ruins. There, you will locat the four braziers and burn a single Kethrite in each one. Once you do that, a portal to the Void will open in the center of the courtyard. Enter it.
When you enter the Void, you will find yourself in a strange and trippy place. There are large chains you can walk across to get to some of the platforms. You may also fall here without fear of dying as long as you land on one of the platforms of course. Falling into the Void will simply teleport you back to the entrance.
- Note 1: There is Kethrite all over the place in here. Loot it for the fun of it. It sells nice. Might be useable for another quest later too.
- Note 2: Don't get to hasty to get to the end of this dungeon, as there is a ritual vessel for the Void Daughter Form waiting for you more or less along the way.
Make it to the end of the dungeon to speak with the Void Spirit. You might recognize it and the sarcophagus there from Whispers In The Dark.
You may either fuck the Void Spirit or simply demand the weapon, whatever the case, you will recieve the Shattered Void Khopesh from her.
- Note 1: You cannot use Korvoth's Sceptre while inside the dungeon, so if you want to try the sex scene with different forms, you will need to exit the dungeon and then re-enter.
- Note 2: There is a little more content if you character is bedicked. There is a "progress" option if you are male or futanari, so don't miss it! All of the scenes are very fun! So I recommend, if you're so inclined, to exit the dungeon, swap genitals and then go back in for another go.
Once you have the Void Kopesh, the quest is complete! Now go kill that dang Guardian.
