¶ Quick Walkthrough
- Speak to Mesatnofreht
- Head North until reaching the cliff faces, then West to enter Nergaal's tomb
- Once inside, read all 5 of the inscriptions
- Defeat Nergaal
- Head back to Mesatnofreht
- Grab the Jar of Suspicious "Milk" East of Mesatnofreht
- Grab the Yellow Fruit & Jug of River Water next to the stream South of Kusma
- Head North out of Kusma again, this time stoppng at the small ruin found on the Eastern side of a pond, enter the Cistern found here
- Grab the Night Lotus found in the water
- Return to Mesatnofreht
¶ Detailed Walkthrough
¶ Quest Start
To begin the quest, speak to Mesatnofreht in Kusma, found in The Westlands
¶ In search of a cure
Leave the town via the North exit (the broken wall) then continue Northwards until you start to reach some cliff faces, then head into Nergaal's tomb which will be found directly West of you.
Once inside, follow the passgeway until you reach an open room with 5 inscriptions.
Read all of the inscriptions, be prepared for a fight for once you've finished reading them all, Nergaal will appear.
Nergaal only has one ability where he spawns in some cursed, these only last for a limited time so don't fight them unless you need to. Just rush him down and they'll clean themselves up.
Once defeated, you'll gain a Jar of a Murderer's Blood
Make your way back to Mesatnofreht with the good news.
¶ Doing all the hard work
To find the Semen, turn around and you'll find a Jar of Suspicious "Milk" on the table to your left.
Yellow Fruit can be found in Kusma South of Mesatnofreht, alternatively you can find it alongside a Jug of River Water next to the stream directly South of Kusma.
For the Night Lotus:
- Head North out of Kusma until you reach a small ruin on the Eastern side of a pond.
- Enter the Cistern
- (Optional) Speak to Merith
- Grab the Night Lotus found in the water
Once you have the Night Lotus, if you have a look in your inventory you have the option to eat it with right click. Doing so will instantly fail the quest but it will grant you 1250 essence, 250 gold & some xp.
Once you have all the ingredients (and didn't eat the Night Lotus), head back to Mesatnofreht.
Quest complete!
