Tefahra can initially be found in Bull's Shield, later moving to Tal'Senet. She's involved in the quests A Road Paved with Good Intent & Good Tombkeeping.
She is an Inquisitor of Bast who serves as the player's connection to join the Inquisition of Bast.

Tefahra has a one-time two stage scene during Good Tombkeeping. The first stage involves her dripping wax onto the player's chest and the second has her using a strapon to fuck the player in missionary.
