Havar can be found in the Sabu shipbuilder's docks near the two tents. Talk to her to initiate the quest. You will learn that she secretly wants to profess her love for Mehlva by delivering a letter to her.
Mehlva can be found on the banks of the fishing village on on the other side of the Docks near the campfire. Talk to her and deliver the letter. She won't be satisfied by words alone and asks for a tangible gift, something that's precious to her. Make your way back to Havar to report the situation.
Havar will send you on a search for an amulet from her campsite which she needed to leave after an ambush. It's a little south east of her location up the hills. Make your way there and grab it.
Once you have the Necklace in your possession return to Mehlva. You now have two choices:
Havar asked me to take a note to Melvha north of
the docks in the fishing village, I've been sworn to
secrecy.Mehlva says she desires an object that shows
Havar's affection.Havar has asked me to look for his lost Amulet, in
the camp east of the docks, however it's been over-
ran with wolves and worse.I've found the Amulet! I need to take this to Mehlva
to prove Havar's affection and value.The Amulet held an incredible power over Mehlva
and loves the gift, I need to return to Havar to give
the good news and retrieve my reward.
