The Tomb of Q'Tesh is a large dungeon accessed during the quest Diamond in the Rough after having completed Tales of the Void. The structure consists of different caves, mineshafts and long forgotten buildings and a collapsed bridge. Water runs trough the lowest parts. The entrance is sealed by the powers of the void.

- Esi's Shield can be found on the ground in the first large hallway.
- Shadow Stallion Manhood can be found in a room near the Fast Travel Dias.
- Plough Horse Manhood in the same chest as the Shadow Stallion Manhood.
- Sealed Vessel of Q'Tesh can be obtained on the altar after slaying the Tomb Guardian.
