You'll find an Anubite named [Asman] at the Anubite temple in Wased-Heq. He needs your help completing a sacred ritual.
First he has you retrieve some sacred oils from nearby. (Use Shade Sight if you need to find them, but they are on a little table very close to Asman. There are also more bottles of oil near the shrine directly across from Asman). Return to Asman.
Next, you'll be sent to find the sacred rug of repose. You see where this is going yet? The rug is on the ground next to the shrine directly across from assman if you walk around to the right. (Again, use Shade Sight if need be). Return to Asman.
Finally, you are sent to retrieve the sacred insense. It is very sacred. Go get it. It's in one of the crates that are around the place. Return to Asman once you have it. JK all the boxes are empty. Get rekt. Return to Asman.
You'll find Asman nice and hard, his cock that is, and using the oil to masturbate. He offers you to help him complete the most sacred ritual by bending over for him. You should definitely do it.
- Note: This unlocks an anal sex scene with Asman in which the player rides him while he lays on his back upon the rug.
