Note - Requires completion of Master Baiter
To begin the miniquest speak to Badeel at the docks in the Gilded Fold, found in Bull's Shield.
For this miniquest you just need to catch and then hand in five sandscale minnow, these can be fished from anywhere (including the docks next to Badeel).
Once you've caught the five minnow, interact with the barrel next to Badeel for some reputation with the Gilded Fold. Miniquest complete!

Badeel of the Gilded Fold needs aid in feeding the flock. Catching at least five sandscale minnow for him should be enough.
I've caught five sandscale minnow. I should place them into the barrel near Badeel.
