The Hermitess can be found in her cave on Mehden Island. She is an ex-Inquisitor of Bast who fled after being shunned by her fellows in the Inquisition.
With 11 presence you can convince her to divulge more into her past via the option 'I'd like to know about your past...', doing so will reward you with the 'Hermitess' Talisman' which can be sold to vendors for 200 gold.
