Hakor is a Jackal Aadi Merchant located on Mehden Island. He can be found on the road north of Mehden Village and closeby to the initial Quest Marker given to you by Damaris during Masquerade.

Hakor lends you an Aadi to 'test drive' and is selling the Aadi for the price of 1,000 gold.
Players with over 10 presence may also purchase the Aadi for 500 gold.
