The Book of Vows
By the hand of one who hath witnessed Her glory, a most devoted servant, who from the first breath hath pledged his flesh and spirit to her divinity
Mine Awakening:
O Goddess of Flesh,
From the dawn of my days, thou hast called me.
Thy voice did whisper upon the winds of my youth,
And did hear, though I knew not the truth of thee.
But now, O Kethra, mine eyes are opened.
Thy beauty is made plain, thy lust a consuming fire.
I see thee in every shadow, in every beating heart,
And I shall not turn away, but embrace thy flame.
With each breath I take, I vow my body to thee,
A vessel of thine own desire, moulded by thy hands.
Let thy will be done through me,
For I am thine, now and forevermore.
The Pleasures of the Flesh:
Kethra, whose touch is more than life,
In thy pleasures I find my purpose.
For thou hast made the flesh sacred,
And through flesh, I know thy truth.
I feel thee in every caress upon my skin,
In the midst of desirous embrace.
Each moment of ecstasy is a hymn to thee,
Each cry of pleasure a prayer offered in supplication to you.
O She Who Rules, I seek thee in all flesh,
To know thee through the passions of the body.
Let my desires be a path to thee,
And let mine every pleasure be thine.
The Binding of Spirit:
O Blessed Queen, who lovingly gathers the hearts of her people,
Thy power joins us one to another,
And in thy binding, we are made as thine art.
I beg to serve thee through every bond,
Through every union of body and spirit.
Let the ties of passion unite us who art yours,
For in each other's arms, we find thy grace.
As thou art the Goddess of our passions,
So too shall I be a servant of thy sacred hunger.
In every caress, in every kiss,
I shall know thee more deeply,
And in the union of bodies, I shall know thy favour.
Thanksgiving:
My Goddess for all eternity,
It is to you I give thanks.
For when we were sick and dying of our own accord,
You lifted us up to a place of glory in thine eyes.
Hear my plea, O Goddess,
Hear my song which is made only for you.
Without you we are naught but dust,
Men destined for only pain and destruction.
You maketh me to lie down in beds full with pleasure,
You leadeth me to drink the waters of ecstasy.
Surely joy and passion shall fill me all the days of my life,
And I shall dwell upon your temple forever.
The Devotion Mine Heart:
O Kethra, who stirrest deepest desire within the heart,
In thee I find my devotion.
Thy name is etched upon my spirit,
And thy will burns brightly within me.
I serve thee with the fullness of my heart,
For no other power holds sway over me.
Thy ways are my ways, thy passions my passions,
And I shall seek thee in all I do.
Let my heart beat for thee, O Queen,
And free my spirit to be thine for all my days.
For in thee, I am made whole,
And through thee, I am made true.
The Path of Lust:
O mine Goddess whose ways are the ways of the flesh,
In thee alone do I find my path.
The world doth fall away as a garment,
And only thy naked will remains.
I shall walk the path of lust,
To seek thee in all the pleasures of the world.
For thou hast remade the world,
And through its desires, I know thee.
Let no day pass where I do not offer thee praise,
Through the blessed union of flesh.
For in mine wild passions I serve the,
And in wantonness, I find my place at thy side.
The Eternal Flame:
O Kethra, whose flame never dwindles,
In thee I burn unending desire.
Thy fire consumes me for all of my days,
And in thy sacred flame I am made pure.
Forever I shall keep thy fire kindled within,
To stoke my desires into a raging inferno.
For thou art the spark which giveth birth to all passion,
And in thee I shall burn brightly.
Allow my carnal instinct to be as beacon upon the earth,
A light to others who seek thy way.
Let the me smoulder within the warmth of mine passion for thee,
Now and for all time.
Mine Final Submission:
O Goddess, to whom all flesh must yield,
At the end of all things, I am thine.
For in thee is the beginning and the end,
And I shall give myself to thee without hesitation.
I submit, body and soul to thy will,
To thy command and thy desire.
Let no act be mine,
But thine alone, O Kethra.
For I am nothing without thee,
And in thee, I am made whole.
I shall serve thee for all of my days,
And when the time comes,
I shall give myself fully unto thee,
A final offering upon thy altar.
