The Eyes of Bast is a world boss found at the Burnt Remains marker in the Westlands.
She is a fairly simple, if difficult fight. There are two high-leveled inquisitors next to her. Recommend picking them off with a bow and arrows or utilizing stealth to catch them when they path away from the boss, that way you can fight the boss 1-on-1 without the extra attacks coming your way.
The Eyes of Bast will block arrows and must therefore be defeated in melee combat. She is very difficult at Survival Expert difficulty, sitting at level 14 and having quite a bit of health and the ability to defeat you in around three or four strikes.
Utilize your parry and rolls for this one. She recovers quickly from parry, so you'll only be able to get a strike or two in depending on your weapon after landing a parry.
You get a wider window of attack if you utilize rolling before she attacks you. She has three or so movesets that are fairly predictable, but can be punishing if you fail to dodge or block them. Get your hits in while you can. This battle is one of patience, especially if you're on a higher difficulty.
